NOTE: All camps will run pending sufficient enrollment Please make your payment of $225.00 per week payable to the Town of Plymouth and dated 6/15/09. Enclose it with this registration form and mail to the address below or drop it off at PSMS. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
