* NOTE 1 - NSW Fisheries have Possession Limits in place for Freshwater –this is equal to twice the daily bag limit If you have been fishing more than one day. Competition Bag Limits are to be those as set out on the appropriate broadsheets.
* NOTE 2 – When NSW Fisheries Regulations change the following shall be implemented, then if the NSWFCA Bag Limit is more than that or the NSWFCA Legal Size is less than NSW Fisheries
Regulations , then that NSW Fisheries Regulation supersedes this Sheet.
* NOTE 3- WHEN CHANGES OCCUR TO NSW DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIES FISHERIES REGULATIONS:
Upon gazettal by NSW Department of Primary Industries of changes to the Fisheries Regulations, such changes shall supersede any legal lengths and bag limits set by the NSWFCA with the exception of a specie(s) which the NSWFCA has set above the Fisheries Regulation legal length/bag limits in which case that NSWFCA legal length/bag limit will apply.
