A list of NPCs that the PCs encounter during the course of the campaign.

1. "Flowers for Reginald" [Dabu, 9th Cantlos, 124 Year of the Empire]

• Reginald of House Moinne: short human male, edging towards middle-age, with a full figure leaning towards fat. He wears a tailored, expensive suit of matching breeches and tunic, white shirt, a waistcoat and a pair of gold spectacles. Hired the PCs to pick the flowers known as Devil's Horns, used in spell and potion preparation.

• Tohrin the Cartographer: human map-maker, friend and contact of Fischer. Likes map, has an explorer's heart, dresses in drab robes. Hired the PCs to map out a nearby ruin, that turned out to be a camp of hobgoblins with halfling slaves, digging for an item that Nix stole away.

• Shonrai: elf, father of Shentai; a seemingly good-aligned elf mage who wanted his son found.
• Dhonvai: elf, a dubious character who gave Nix the impression that he wanted Shentai dead.
• Shentai: an elf on the run; helped him to escape Obsidian.
• "Old Dean": not old at all, but a weathered fisherman who helped Shentai and can now be counted as a friend.
• More hobgoblins: looking for trouble, be killed easily.
• A man whose head exploded to reveal a tentacled mass that attacked!

    4.    "Into the Swamps" [Cethir, 23rd Cantlos, 124 YE]

• Various circus folk (all but two now dead: Wyvin the gnome, and Daphne the toy-maker).
• The Ring-Master (a devil, now dead).
• Another tentacle-headed townsfolk, who was slain by the characters.

• Various cult members of the Far Realm/aberration cult the Whisperers in the Darkness.
• Boran Darkweave: the hunchbacked dwarf owner of Yig's Cavern; now dead.
• Votor Fardeep: cult leader, also dead.
• Dorai Windchime: cult deputy, dead too.
• Chokers: aberrations.
• Half-Far Spawn Owlbear: left trapped in the ruins.
