A newly formed guild comprised of all the independent merchants, shop-, inn- and tavern-keepers of the town. Now free of the tyranny of the old Alliance and its merchant houses, the guild seeks fair and profitable trade for all. Any business may join, for a tithe of 25 gp a year, which grants a member a voice in the guild, advice and help as needed; discounts in fellow guild shops; all the latest gossip and news from the mainland; and a secret and secure bank to hoard funds. They are currently working with the new council to have a guild house built on the foundations of one of the major merchant houses. |
