After the death of nearly a third of their already dwindling population, the remaining halflings of Obsidian formed a guild of their own in the aftermath of the invasion/liberation of the town. Open to any and all halflings, the guild offers safety, advice, and a place to stay for any halfling that lives in or comes to the port. They are campaigning for equal rights, and have so far successfully lobbied for their shanty town to be rebuilt, as well as gaining a seat on the newly formed council of the town. It is largely due to their work that the port now has a 'no hobgoblin' policy, enforced by immediate arrest and potential hanging. |
