Portland Cricket Club (PCC) is one of the founding members of Oregon Cricket League (OCL), a premier cricket league that comprise of several cricket clubs spread all over northwest region. PCC moto is to promote Cricket as sports played with the spirit of friendship and competitiveness.

PCC have pool of talented players who have developed their cricketing skills in India,Pakistan,Bangladesh,West Indies, Srilanka, England and US.  In addition to playing cricket, PCC members and their families get together on occassions which make PCC the true professional, friendliest and community club. PCC is the club for all. Unconditional commitments of our members and their families have made PCC, the club that every one would want to be part of.

PCC is open to cricket lovers (players & non-players alike) from every  ethnic, national, gender and religious background. PCC stands to promote cricket and is also committed to provide coaching to youth in the Portland Metropolitan area.

 

PCC History :

PCC was started back in 1992 and was the first club in the Northwest to register with the United States Cricket Association (USCA), the only recognized cricket body in the USA by the International Cricket Conference (ICC).  PCC is also the holder of the 1996 Northwest Cricket Championship (NWCL) title.

The founders of  PCC were Sajjad Rasheed, Shaheryar Ahmed, Ahsan Ahmed, Mohsun Ghias, Amir Khan, Farhan Khan, Zargham Sohail, Fahim Rahman, Salman Afzal and Khalid Shafi.
