YOUTH The Youth Group will meet this afternoon from 4-6:00 at the Coralville Recreation Center. Come, play pool, basketball and participate in other activities. Pizza will be served. Bring a friend! PAGEANT PREP What does it take to put on the Christmas Pageant? Attend the meeting this Tuesday, Nov. 3, at 7:00, and find out. Volunteers are needed for compiling the treat bags, costuming, music, lighting, treats following the pageant, and more. Can’t attend the meeting but would like to help? Contact Sunday School Co-Superintendents, Mary O. or Roseann B. The Pageant is Dec. 6, at 6:00. LOYALTY SUNDAY Members, this morning the Stewardship Committee will hand out the Loyalty Packets. Be sure to pick yours up. The packet contains a letter from the Council Treasurer and the 2010 Pledge Form. The Pledge assists the Treasurer in planning the mission budget for the new year. Please return the packet on Sunday, Nov. 15th. The Time and Talent survey will be distributed on the 15th. SOUPS ON! - Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will host a soup lunch next Sunday, Nov. 8, following the 10:15 service. The free-will-offering will support Preschool Director Jenni Bounds’ “wish list” which includes a community drum, math toys, and parent resource books. Members, see the sign-up sheet to bring desserts. Everyone is invited! - Don’t forget to collect Campbell’s Soup labels and box tops for the Christian Preschool. The labels and box tops are redeemable for toys, playground equipment or supplies for the Preschool. Already have a pile of labels and box tops at home? Bring them next Sunday!
