At the 10:15 service, God will publically receive Elijah Dean G. into His Kingdom through the waters of Holy Baptism. Elijah’s parents are Ryan and Casie G. His Sponsors are Jim G. and Sarah P.

IN NEED
Even though this is a time of year to remember those who are in need, year-round Prince of Peace collects donations for the Iowa City Crisis Center. The drop box is in the Fellowship Hall. Right now, the items needed most include: peanut butter, diapers (size 5), baby formula, canned meat, canned fruit, canned vegetables, soups and stews, pasta and rice, and toilet paper. As you are shopping, please remember those in need. Thank you.

THRIVENT
Last Sunday, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans hosted a soup luncheon. The proceeds, $524!, will benefit the Christian Preschool. Your support is appreciated! Among other things, the money will be used to purchase a community drum for the Christian Preschool. Thank you to the Thrivent Committee, Roxanne D., Darcy K., and Myra W. for coordinating the event.
