Before each round, the organizers will send out a link to an Entry Form.  Filling out this form registers you as a participant for that round.  All further instructions will appear in that form or will be emailed to the people who filled out that form.

As for the original mail, we currently send it to a limited group.  If you're in it, you know who you are.  If you aren't, please feel free to think of us as pretentious elitists.  (But mainly we're limiting it to people whom we can reasonably meet in person.)
