NOTE: This will not stream video to any frimware using an eLoader, only music.

If you have a previous version of VLC installed, uninstall it and make sure you tick in the box that says Delete perefrences and cache.

Now run vlc-0.8.5-psp-x264-win32.exe and install. Now run Setup.exe located in the TVUPlayer folder. If you already have TVU Player installed, just leave it. There is no need to run the Setup. The last thing you need to install is the PSP bianaries. Copy the PMPVLC009_JckeyW and PSPVLC009_JockeyW% to your ms0:\PSP\Game. Open the pmp.ini in the PSPVLC009_JockeyW folder and highlight everything and replace it with this-

Replacing all 192.xxx.xxx.xxx with your PC's IP Address

    Now open VLC Media Player. Click File-Open Network Stream. Tick in the radio button labled HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS. In the url box, imput your computer's IP address folled by :8901. To find your PC's IP Address, Right click on your active connection's icon in your Network Connections and click Status. Now click the Tab labled Support and write down the number in the IP Address line. Now go back to the Settings window of VLC and imput that IP address followed by :8901 (i e 192.168.xxx.xxx:8901). Now tick in the box that says Caching and put in 500. tick in Stream/Save and click Settings. 

 

    Now tick in HTTP and put in the IP Address you wrote down earlier. For the Encapsulation Method, tick the radio button for Ogg. Under Transcoding Options,tick in Video Codec, for the Video Codec, Imput DIV3. For the Bitrate, imput 512, And leave Scale as it is. Tick in Audio Codec, For the Audio Codec, Imput mp3. For the Bitrate, Imput 64, And leave the Channels as it is. 

 

Now before you click OK, open TVUPlayer and select a channel like FOX and wait for it to buffer up and start playing. Now go back to VLC and click OK and again OK. Now in the bottem of the main VLC window you should see a timer. This means it is streaming. now go to your PSP and start up PMPVLC 009 JockeyW. Push your Right Trigger to connect to your network. If it doent connect, manually insert your IP Address info into your connection via the Network Setting butto in your PSP's XMB.After it is connected it should display an IP Address in the bottom left corner. Now press select and highlight Live Stream. Your Stream should start playing!
