Project management techniques and strategies can be applied to many facets of business and personal life.  In this presentation learn how project management can be applied in real estate investing - specifically in a buy and hold strategy.

About the Presenter

Jim Marks, PMP, has been in the technology industry for over 27 years having worked at both Troutman’s Emporium and Lane County.  His background is as programmer/analyst.  He has had various stints as project manager, Applications Team Manager and now is working in a dual role of Project Management Office Manager and AIRS Manager at Lane County.  Jim is currently on the CIT Steering committee at Lane Community College and he is an active member of the Project Management Institute.
