The Plattsmouth High School Band program is made up of one marching band (fall)/concert band (winter-spring), jazz band, as well as numerous small ensembles including a flute trio, clarinet choir, percussion ensemble, jazz combo, and others. 

The Plattsmouth High School Band performs at all home varsity football, volleyball, and basketball games with their pep band.  The marching band competes in three local contests:  Papillion LaVista Tournament of Bands, Links in Lincoln, and NSBA State Marching Festival in Lincoln.  The concert band puts on three concerts throughout the year.
