Welcome to Plano Tai Chi and Chi Gung

My goal is to provide safe and knowledgeable instruction of practical exercises that are designed to reduce stress and improve health.

 

This material and teaching philosophy comes from the Daoist Water Method as transmitted by lineage master Bruce Kumar Frantzis. The Water Method emphasises naturalness. In practice, this means becoming aware of one’s limits and working within them.

Its benefits come about through the deep relaxation of the nervous system and the release of energy blockages rather than through any kind of force.

Consequently it is much safer and gentler than other more forceful methods and so can be taken up by virtually anyone.

Get your day started the right way.

A class is now available in a different park every morning, through out the Plano Area.

Make the most of  the beautiful parks in the Plano area by learning and practicing Tai Chi and Chi Gung.
