This Monday, the 6th, we'll be having a meeting in room 332 of the Cathedral of Learning to discuss plans for spring semester (including a chance to branch out of Pittsburgh HINT HINT), our November charity event, and club t-shirt designs! So please join us if you can!
IMPORTANT: If you have candy or money from the Sarris fundraiser for us, WE NEED IT. Monday's meeting is a great opportunity to return money or any unsold candy to the club.

Come join the Pitt French Club for our first movie night of the year. We will be showing "Fauteuils d'Orchestre", a romantic comedy.
If you can make it, we'll be in room 332 of the Cathedral of Learning at 8:30pm.

Come join the French Club for our Bienvenue Bash! There will be food, drinks, and music!
What: A social/dance/whatever you want to call it, French music and American dance music, FREE REFRESHMENTS
Where: William Pitt Union, the Assembly Room (on the first floor, past the info desk if entering from 5th Avenue side)
When: Saturday, September 13th
There's been a time change. The dance will now go from 9pm-12 midnight.
Who:
ANYONE!!! You don't need to be in the French Club or even involved in
the organization. Bring your friends, roommates, anyone!
Attire: Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that's a prom dress or jeans and a tee-shirt.
So mark your calendars! Saturday, September 13th @ 9pm is the BIENVENUE BASH! |

Please come to the second meeting of the French Club, tonight, Monday, September 8th at 8:30 in room 332 of the Cathedral of Learning. We'll be holding elections for our four committees headed up by the officers, so if you're looking to get involved, this is the meeting to come out for. Also, club fundraising is starting up this week with our Sarris candy and Macy's Shop for a Cause fundraisers. There are so many ways to get involved in our organization, so come out and help us out!
After all club business is taken care of, stick around for our Study Abroad Panel discussion, run by our Vice President Krista Coleman. If you're interested in studying abroad during your undergrad career, or maybe you're not (but the students can convince you!), come to ask questions and hear about the students' experiences. And did we mention there will be cookies and drinks?
