The Philippine Science High School - Bicol Region Campus (PSHS-BRC) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with PhilGEPS and the Philippine Contractors Accredication Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project:	Campus Site Development Phase I
Location:	PSHS-BRC, Tagongtong, Goa, Camarines Sur
Brief Description:	Furnishing of labor and materials for the Campus Site Development Phase I
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):	P 13,822,560.00
Contract Duration:	six (6) months

Prospective bidders should posses valid PCAB license applicable to the contract and have satisfactorily completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use a non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening. The BAC will conduct post-qualification on the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, the whole bidding procedures and the Awarding of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184.

PSHS-BRC assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnity bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of Bids.

PSHS-BRC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
