Our Current Financial Needs: People & Places.
We would like to thank all those who have supported us in the past, and to give due recognition to them whilst we thank God for his provision through them. We would also like to thank the Sir Halley Stewart Trust for inviting us to their reception at the House of Lords.
Please pray to the Lord on our behalf that he would provide ongoing finances for us. If you would like to be involved please contact us.
People (workers, including equipment & costs) These are the projected costs involved for any worker in any area of ministry which may be specified by the benefactor. These figures are broken down for analysis and to allow for partial funding. We would welcome any help and take any opportunity offered, however great or small. Although the needs of a missionary and a teacher are very different, to keep it simple I would suggest they receive similar financial support, but be allowed to spend it according to their needs. For example a missionary might not need a computer, but they would have phenomenal travelling expenses. Therefore I have written the table of financial needs in more flexible terms so that it can be applied to any form of ministry.
The nature of self employment means that wages vary from week to week, so the total is unlikely to be used in exactly 52 weeks. These figures are intended to be flexible, but the overall (total) figure will be as exact as reasonably possible.
Whilst we express here our ideal budget, in fact we continue to operate on less more often than not, but to do so we have resorted to other part time work or business, which detracts from our mission and we always feel is wasted time.

We would like to have at least two working at this level, myself as a teacher and a minister chosen by Life & Light as a missionary or pastor. This would total £64,000. Half time @ 2 ½ days p.w./100 days p.a. £20,000 p.a.
- Wages about £14-18,000 p.a.
- Setting up and running costs about £4-6,000 p.a.

- Wages about £6-7,000 p.a.
- Setting up and running costs about £1-2000 p.a.
We would like to have two working at this level including Elsie as a teacher. This would total £16,000.
Summary:
Our primary target for each year is support for two teachers, one full time and one part time, but this year we would like to fund two part-time teachers. We are, of course, still delighted to receive smaller donations for we are grateful for even a widow's mite (click 'Latest News' above for up-to-date info). We also wish to make sure that we do not neglect the children's home in Romania and we would like to expand to pastoral work.
Places (Bible colleges & Churches)
This year the trustees decided to pray for us to get a place for a Bible College in the future, and for research to be made into the possibilities. The unique nature of the mission to the Gypsies means that they have needs that would not normally be a consideration, in particular the fact that the college will need land for caravans to stay on, rather than accommodation/dormitories as would be expected in mainstream society. It would be best if it was also part of an active church so that the building would be used on a regular basis (since the mission is only small and growing it would currently only be used for a few months each year). Please join us in prayer for the Lord to open a door in the UK, and click here to see the ideas we are considering for a Church College. Contact Us: Trustees: Rev. Keith Monument, Rev.
