To browse/search the forum:
1) Browse all questions. The home page lists all questions in order of most recently posted.
2) Browse by topic. Clicking the links on the left-hand side of the page will display questions for a specific topic (questions are labeled by original poster).
3) Search. Enter your query into the search bar at the top of the page and click 'Search Picasa Help'.

To post a question:
1) In the upper-left-hand corner of the main page, click the 'Post a Question' link.
2) If you haven't already signed up for the forum, you will be prompted to enter a username and accept the Terms of Service.
3) Enter your question and select the appropriate category in the pull-down menu.
4) Check the 'Email me when people reply' box if you would like notification when your question is answered.
5) Click the 'Post question' button. Your question will appear momentarily.

To answer a question:
1) Click the link to the question you would like to answer.
2) In the 'Post an answer' box, enter your response.
3) Click the 'Post answer' button.
4) If you would like to receive emails if people reply, check the 'Email me when people reply' box and click the 'Save' button.

To mark a question answered:
If someone answers your question, or you read a thread and think the question has been answered, you can mark the question 'Answered'
1) Next to every response you will see ' Do you think this answers the question?' followed by a 'Yes' and 'No' button.
2) If you think the response answers the question, click 'Yes', if not, click 'No'.

To mark a question best answered:
If you posted a question or if you are a top contributor, you can mark a response as 'Best Answer'. When you do so, a small green circle appears marking the question as answered. To mark a response 'Best Answer':
1) You must be the original question poster or a top contributor in order for the 'Best Answer' button to appear.
2) Click the 'Best Answer' button just above 'Do you think this answers the question?'.
3) A green check mark will appear on the main page marking the question as answered.
