…to the Alabama Alpha Chapter of Pi Beta Phi at Birmingham-Southern College. As the first national secret society for women, modeled after the Greek letter fraternities for men, Pi Beta Phi has always been and continues today to be the premier organization for women. We are intelligent, fun, outgoing, and amazing women who are proud to be the sisters of Pi Beta Phi! This Spring, Pi Phi hosted Pies, Burgers, and Fries as an additional Spring philanthropy! Pi Phi served food to raise money for First Book and Pi Phi's Literacy Fund! Congratulations to Kaitlyn Flagg for making it such a success! To add to our successes for this semester, Pi Beta Phi won Greek Week for the second year in a row! We had so much fun with the guys from Sigma Nu and we cannot wait to dominate again next year! Congratulations to our newest Pi Phis Julia Templeton and Catherine Clubb-Brown! Welcome to the Pi Phi Family!! Our Chapter raised a substantial amount of money for the Pi Beta Phi Foundation. We were ranked 8th out of 10 of the overall collegiate chapters that raised money for Friendship Fund gifts along with gifts for scholarships, Emma Harper Turner Fund, Literacy Fund and more! In addition, we were ranked 5th out of 10 of the overall collegiate friendship fund supporters.
