General Notes:
The volunteer coordinator supports the committee chairs by enlisting volunteers. The are responsible for the following activies:
- maintaining lists of volunteer and where they will work
- work with each sub-committee, as needed.
- distributes lists to committee chairmen
- secures volunteers for fundraising activities and After-Prom activities
- ensures volunteers are thanked.
