As soon as possible
- Committee chooses theme for After-Prom
- Contact Mrs. Bennett (Art Teacher) and get contest information to her

Mid Mar to Early Apr (8-10 weeks before prom)
- Contact Jack Hunt at Excel Graphics
- Begin Compiling list of donors for back of shirt
- Prepare and distribute T-shirt order forms to committee/subcommittees

Mid Apr to Early May (4-6 weeks before prom)
-  Get design entries from Mrs. Bennett and take to committee for selection
- Take selected design to Jack Hunt at Excel Graphics
- Submit order for T-shirts to Jack Hunt at Excel Graphics
- Submit preliminary list of donors for back of shirt to Jack Hunt at Excel Graphics

Early to mid May (2 weeks before prom)
- Preliminary design from Excel Graphics ready for committee to review

Mid May to late May (1 week before prom)
- Submit final list of donors for back of shirt to Jack Hunt at Excel Graphics
- Announce winner of contest at Prom Promise Assembly


Friday  - Day before After-Prom
- Take delivery of the T-shirts
- Separate orders, donors, and others (distribute orders to After-Prom Workers)
- Prepare remaining shirts for distribution to students
- Distribute leftover shirts to departing students (or PHS Office Staff)
 
Friday,  Day before After-Prom
- Secure check for t-shirt balance from after-prom chair

Saturday, Day of After-Prom
10:30 pm - Volunteer's Report to Volunteer Lounge
11:30 pm - Volunteer's in Ready Positions - Man t-shirt booth
General Notes:
 
Coordinate the t-shirt design contest with the art teacher.   The design should meet theme requirements as established by the decorating committee.
 
Entries will be displayed at the May committee chair meeting and a selection will be made.  The winner of the t-shirt design contest will be awarded a prize at at either the Prom Promise Assembly or at the end of the After-Prom.  
 
Jack Hunt with excel graphics has a standing relationship with the After-Prom committee, giving us the best prices on our t-shirts.  Provide the design as well as the list of Maroon and Gold supporters to Jack to develop a mock-up.  The donor list mock-up should be reviewed by the Fundraising committee to ensure that no sponsors are inadvertantly missed.
