General Notes:

The Small Game Chair is responsible for planning the decorations and games for all activity rooms.  The rooms provide a variety of entertainment for the students.  Some rooms contain a single play-to-win game.  Students participating in the activities for each room are given a ticket and are eligible to win the room "grand" prize.

Students play to win “small” prizes.

Each room gets 1 “big” prize, winner to be drawn during finale.  Student gets a ticket to enter drawing each time they play the room game.

Room volunteers are responsible for creating theme consistent decorations as well as setup and cleanup of each room.

The Small Game Chair is responsible for:

  • Filling small game committee volunteer positions (8 rooms, 2-4 people per room)
  • Oversight of design and decoration of small game rooms, should support theme (games of luck and skill
  • Evaluating small game operational readiness, repair or build games, if necessary
This year will award a prize for the best decorated small games room.
