- Chair should contact volunteers to confirm their availability
- Contact Marqui Homes to proved scaffolding (used to put up black plastic)
- Contact School Facilities Director for other small scaffolding that may be used.
 
Thursday, 2 Days Before After-Prom
- Confirm delivery of scaffolding
 
Friday, Day Before After-Prom
- Take "before" pictures of all rooms  prior to event
- Print pictures and provide to Cleanup Committee Chair
- Distribute black plastic bins
- Move chairs to one side in game rooms
- Assist Exchange Club with Black Plastic
 
                                 
General Notes:
 
This committee will perform preliminary setup tasks.   The primary responsibility is delivery of materials (stored in bins) to target locations throughout the school and assisting the Exchange Club with base black plastic.
