General Notes:
 
The publicity chair is responsible for planning publicity related activities.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- advertising after-prom to students
- creating vendor "support" posters allowing community members to advertise that they support of after-prom activities.
- produce mass mailings to request parental support and increase awareness
- ensure Poquoson Post and Daily press are updated with after-prom related activities
- ensure that picture of winner of donated car appears in the Daily Press and Poquoson Post
- Printing and distribution of quarterly newsletters (in close coordination with After Prom Co-Chairs)
