11:30 pm - Volunteer's in Ready Positions
4:00 am - Clean up food area.
General Notes:
 
Call contacts and setup food, drinks and supplies for event.  Organize volunteers and work parties to make food for the event.  Get or make decorations for main food tables.  Get as much food as possible donated, do have a small budget as well.
 
Coordinates the following activities:
- main food and beverages
- forum snack bar
- food trolleys
- volunteer rootm beverages
- Fill food committee volunteer positions (XX people)
- Secure food, drink and supply donations
- Organize food purchases
- Organize food assembly and preparations
- Setup and tear down of food tables
- Organize food trollies Coordinate with local food pantry for delivery of leftover foods, if any.
