General Notes:

Cleanup can be a challenging task - there are many decorations as well as black plastic to be taken down.  Fortunately, tear down goes much faster than setup -- and the more helpers on this team, the quicker it goes.

After-Prom Co-Chairs will assist the tear-down team in identifying which items are "borrowed" props, which items get thrown away, and which items are returned to storage.

The Setup Committee Chair will provide the Cleanup committee Chair with "before" pictures of each classroom.

Check with the Custodial Services - often they will tell us to leave the classroom chairs stacked on one side of the room.  This allows them to clean the floors without having to move the chairs.  Ask if a couple brooms can be borrowed in order for us to sweep the gynasium floor.
