General Notes:
Check/iron table cloths, tables, and props prior to event. Ensure prop lights still work. Arrange for a set of volunteers to setup the casino the night before the event and another set of volunteers to clean-up, pack, and store the casino equipment and props immediately following the event.
Dice, cards, decorations and tablecloths are stored inside the large card board dice and then placed in the after prom closet.
