Why? Because all that is important is happening right now.


            




Our life is made up of a series of moments that are easily missed or filled with unwanted 'stuff '. It is the nature of our minds to go on automatic pilot and lose touch with the present. Mindfulness Meditation is a simple yet highly effective skill used to help you notice the present moment and to not let it slip away unrecognised. It is about living in the real world, being in touch with our own life as it unfolds. About being who we are, right now, in this very moment. 


Mindfulness Meditation courses are designed to introduce this method of meditation, and to show how being mindful will help us to cope better, relax more, stress less and find balance in daily life.
