An improper diet can be a significant setback to maintaining good health and the reason behind many illnesses. Depending on individual body constitution, certain foods and preparations are suitable while others are not. The Presenter - Indu Narayan Indu Narayan completed a five and a half year degree in Ayurvedic medicine at Bangalore University and a one and a half year postgraduate degree in modern medicine.
