Updated version to fix a bug in the exvolt_data_loader.m function. Note: Since the exvolt file is already parsed, the 'TR','iPatOn', and 'EndClip' options aren't used like in the Siemens loader functions. Only the 'Hz' option is relevant here.  2208k v. 2 Apr 20, 2011 8:45 AM Timothy Verstynen

Modified the output of the loader functions from uint16 data to double. This had been causing an interaction with the interpolation functions. Also added in a missing field to the default analysis options file (PhLEM_ana_opts.m).  9467k v. 3 Jan 26, 2011 11:42 AM Timothy Verstynen

Updated version of PhLEM with simpler logic to generating regressors. This version can also generate the variation noise models described by Birn et al. 2008, Chang et al. 2009, and Verstynen Deshpande 2011. See accompanying Verstynen and Deshpande (2011) paper for full description of analysis potential.  NOTE: This will not be compatible with PhLEM structures generated using older code versions.  2194k v. 4 Apr 20, 2011 8:45 AM Timothy Verstynen
