Note: Since the exvolt file is already parsed, the 'TR','iPatOn', and 'EndClip' options aren't used like in the Siemens loader functions. This version can also generate the variation noise models described by Birn et al. 2008, Chang et al. 2009, and Verstynen Deshpande 2011.
