Every parent or guardian of a Bates student is automatically a member of the School Parent Council. The SPC works closely with the School Site Council to review the school’s budget, recommend programs, sponsor events, solve problems, and raise funds for special school activities.

 

All Bates parents are urged to be as actively involved with the Parent Council's activities as they can be.  Active Parent Council members are better informed about what is happening at the Bates and about how they can help their children do their best in school.
