PhiloLogic3 Distributions

Latest Distribution: 3.1.  This is major new re-write of most of the
cgi-bin code to support multi-lingual user interfaces.  All installation
configuration information below should be applicable.

Linux (Debian, RedHat), Solaris: philologic-v3.1.t2.tar.gz
OS-X:                            philologic-v3.1.osx.t2.tar.gz

Note: language configuration is done in database specific lib functions.

additions support for ATE, DocBook, and Plaintext, along with
one new search operator and a GUI loader for OS-X
