YOUTH ORGANIZATION
MISSION STATEMENT:
We, the Indian River Community Youth Organization, IRCYO, seek to build partnerships between youth and adults and intend to provide opportunities for our youth that will promote fun and camaraderie. We also look to enable the youth to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens of the community and guide them in becoming leaders in tomorrow's world.

Smencils are flavor-scented pencils made of 100% recycled newsprint wrapped in layers around a graphite core and dipped into a variety of flavored scents. Each comes in its own plastic tube (made of recycled plastic). The kids LOVE them!! We are selling them for $1.00 each! Proceeds will go into a Scholarship Fund! In order to participate in the IRCYO, each youth needs an IRCYO Youth Participant Information and Liability Disclaimer Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian, signed by the youth and witnessed by an IRCYO representative. Click on the link here, print off the form and bring it with you to the next IRCYO fundraiser, activity and/ or event that your son/daughter attends. We now have an IRCYO Adult Membership Form for adults interested in being members to download, print off, fill out and return to one of the officers. Tommy Martin won the Halloween costume contest! The chicken wings were a big hit!
