Philip Smeeton has an extensive education and exhibiting experience. He has studied at art colleges in England and at the State Academy of Fine Art Norway (Statenskunstakademi Oslo), where he studied painting and printmaking. He is represented in both public and private collections. Born in England he lives and works in Norway.
