 Philip has been supplying quality driving instruction in Hertfordshire for over five years.
His pass rates have consistently improved, achieving 85% in summer 2009 (July to Sept).
He offers driving lessons in towns from North Herts down to Welwyn.
He uses the driving test centres at Letchworth and Stevenage. He trained with a large national driving school, and has recently become independent.
So he is able to offer lessons at £20 per hour, first hour FREE.
