May 2007

Well this is the first bit of news...I created this all by myself!  Anyway just finished directing for Open Wide and now on the look out for work all offers considered!

June 2007

Loks like Panto is on the cards again for xmas but in Woking.  Peter Pan with the wonderful Mr Winkler and hopfully the rest of my pirate gang.

July 2007

I have been cast in the play "Lilies" which is performing at "The Space" in south London.  I will be playing the part of Ldie-Anne.  As this is my first play I am very excited and will post more details soon.  Watch this space!

August 2007

Did a Lilies fundraiser this month and sang! Seemed a good idea until I got on the stage....still lots of fun.  Also found out that the run will be extended to include three weeks at Brockley Jack.  Start rehearsals on the 27th and very excited.

September 2007

The Run of Lilies at The Space went really well with an amazing response.  Due to us only being on for a week and what with the run at Brockley coming up only one review....but a very nice one.  Go to www.liliestheplay.co.uk to read it.

September/October 2007

Run of Lilies at Brockley Jack was even better than at the Space.  Three week run this time and a couple of cast changes.  Good houses and a really good reaction.  Was very hard to end this one as we all became very attached to it.  Several producers came so hopefully there is still life in it, but that will have to wait till the New year as now its Panto time!!

November 2007

Peter Pan in Woking this year.  Playing the part of Skylights the Pirate and understudy Peter.  Really excited about this year as Ian Talbott is Directing and we have Bill Deamer back as choreographer so should be a great show.

December 2007

Well as predicted Panto has so far been great and the best thing (for me anyway) I got to go on as Peter 5 times!  Unheard of in Panto and with no rehearsal very scary!  Had an amazing time and the whole cast was so supportive.  Fylinig IS as much fun as it looks!

January 2008

Finished Panto this month and back to the real world (never fun).  So who knows what 2008 will have in store. Watch this space...

March 2008

Will be choreographing two shows for Schools in Greenwich!  The first being a compilation show and the second The Wiz.  Very excited about this as it means working with my director from Lilies, the wonderful Joseph C Walsh.  The contract finishes in July so should keep me busy!

July 2008

Well the shows in Greenwich went really well and although hard work I was really pleased with the results.  I now have 3 weeks off before starting rehearsals for a tour of The Jungle Book with The Birmingham Stage company.  We are on tour till June with a six week run at the Bloomsbury in London.  I'm playing Tabaqui.

March 2009

Well the tour is now over.  It was hard work but lots of fun with an amazing cast.  Now its time to put my other hat back on and back down to The Space to  choreograph "Zanna Don't" with Wild Oats (same team behind "Lilies").  We have already got a create cast together and I think its going to be a really amazing show.  We are running for 4 performances with a view to take the show into a more central location for a longer run. Watch this space!  http://www.zannadont.co.uk/

April 2009

I have just signed with a new agent; K Talent.  After seven years with J and W I decided it was time for a change so watch this space!  Zanna Don't rehearsals going really well.  We are nearly sold out at The Space and have confirmed a four week run Upstairs at the Gatehouse.  We have been featured in The Independant on Sunday and on Playbill.com.  All this and we havn't even openned!

May - July 2009

Well Zanna took up most of the last three months!  It was an amazing time, not easy and some hard lessons learnt but well worth it.  We were sold out at the Space and after a quiet opening we had a line out the door in the last week at The Gatehouse!  With four star reviews and Time Out critics choice we ended on a high. The cast perfromed at West End Live and several high profile events across London.  Such a talented bunch of actor's who were a joy to work with.

September 2009

As I write this I am in my first week of a production of the "Scottish play" playing the part of Macduff (and other parts!).  This was a last minute thing and I had 5 days to learn it!!!!  Having a great time in a very "bendy" production!  Its on at the White Bear theatre in Kennington and we run till October 11th and then do a one off perfromance at The Kings Head on 18th October.  I'm now sorted for Xmas, will be doing "The Jungle Book" playing Akela at Castle Theatre Wellingborough (not BSC version).
