WINTER 2009/2010
With the Holidays quickly approaching and with all the hustle and bustle that we all encounter, I wanted to let you know of a few events open to our members.
First, our annual Christmas Party will be held on Friday, December 4th, 2009 at the FOP Lodge #5 hall. Tickets are $15 per person in advance, $20 at the door. This includes an open bar, great food, fantastic music by Jim Mulholland and the arrival of 'Naughty Santa'! Why not start off the Holiday spirit with the Emerald Society?
Our next event would then be the big one...St. Patrick's Day weekend!
The annual Beef N Beer pre-parade party will be held on Friday, March 12th, 2010 and tickets are $15 per person with your membership card. The parade itself will be held on Sunday, March 14th, 2010. Those who join us in the parade line of march are invited to come back to the post-parade party at no extra cost. Transportation to and from the parade route is provided. This is a great way to share some fun with your children and grandchildren. We have by far the best DJ who will entertain them for hours.
If you missed out on our Fall events, the annual Fall Fling and the Awards Banquet, you missed a couple of great times. The 'Jimmy Buffet' theme at this year's Fall Fling in Wildwood Crest was a huge success. The change in venue for the Awards Banquet to the FOP hall was a good move on our part. More people should take advantage of what this fine facility has to offer.
