ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Once checked if the miniatures you want are available orders can be sorted.

Sometimes the requested miniatures have to be casted and this will take some time.

For several complete sets and larger orders the price has to be arranged and discounts are possible.

The cost have to be paid on my bank account by money-transfer (within European Union Countries only) and by PayPal (everywhere worlwide), once received the money I'll send the requested items. This at the moment is the only way to guarantee both: you to trace me, and me to prevent fake orders and missed payments.

The different prices will depend on how complex and complicate the miniatures are to cast and to assemble if there are accessories or separate parts included.

To order single specific miniatures and accessories please state a description of the pieces you want.

You can also use the code written next to the figures when present on the illustrations of the available miniatures.

Dioramas and other scene features not included in the list are not available, but they can be made on request.

In a small home based production these problems are frequent, imperfections of resin casting like empty spaces and bubbles, flash lines and mould damages are not rare, but the small amount of casted copies allow a better check on the production.

QUALITY CONTROL

All resin figures of "home production" (hand casted) of Phersu Miniatures are controlled to avoid imperfections, and cleaned by hand from flash one by one, to avoid scrap pieces as much as possible.

Pieces like spears and some other weapons and accessories are mostly hand made one by one, therefore slight differences between pieces are unavoidable.

I apologise for any eventual missed imperfection on the raw resin miniatures anyway, and offer to replace eventual scrap pieces for free, but I can't afford the post and packaging cost of substitute miniatures. These substitutions can be sended free of post and package charges if included in the expedition of further miniatures.

Metal and resin mass-production figures are also checked to avoid scrap figures and imperfections, however being casted in large quantities the control on these figures can't be as accurate as the smaller home based production.
