A superb early French Violin bow that plays in a very similar way to a Dominique Peccatte. In great condition given its great age it draws a large warm sound and is ideal for a budding soloist or orchestral  leader.  A begileing bow this would give any player hours of fun working out its possibilities.  Another bow with a massive character.

At some point someone tried to put on a new ivory face and slightly damaged the head but this has been beautifully restored and only affects the lowest two millimetres.  The rest of the bow is in wonderful condition with no other damage and little wear.
