Biography

Peter Gadfort earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2008 and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering focusing on low power driver and interconnect technologies and advanced packaging of systems on packages.
Currently he is working on his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at NCSU working under Dr. Paul Franzon focusing on 3 dimensional integrated circuit micro-sensors and packaging.
