Housework Housework, dusting, tidying, floor cleaning, window cleaning (up to head height), waxing woodwork, cleaning copper and silver, kitchen cleaning, washing up, tidying and organising cupboards. Changing bed linen and making beds, maintenance and ironing etc Spring cleaning, house cleaning when selling or buying..... Gardening and outdoor maintenance We use our own equipment but you will be invoiced for fuel. Regular maintenance of your garden, Strimming, Maintenance of flowering shrubs, Regular watering, Leaf clearing, Annual or bi-annual pruning of hedges (to head height), Pruning of shrubs, Annual preparation of a small vegetable patch, etc…intenance and care of your home We regularly stay in touch via internet, forwarding you comments and photos and relaying information about your property. Instructions, comments and photos include : Maintenance and housework in your holiday home, Opening/closing shutters, mail collection, airing your home, caring for indoor and patio plants etc... Assistance in dealing with local administrations, receiving packages and goods on your behalf Possibility to combine our services (garden maintenance...), Preparing your home for your return, Checking all access to your property is secured. Administrative assistance : Carrying out simple administrative tasks, going to the Post Office, following up particular issues Making appointments with local services, a doctor, a plumber, heating engineer, chimney sweep, Helping with form filling: taxes, official letters, insurance, retirement pension, business letters, Helping to sort out and file your personal documents, Our home administrative assistance covers all supports and includes helping with writing letters, understanding and facilitating your contacts and dealing with public administration. Visiting and caring for your pets : Caring for and walking your pets, Visiting and caring for your pets every day in your absence, feeding, walking, Taking your pet to the vet's or calling the vet out, Cleaning baskets, litter trays and cages, Food, vet bills and cleaning/hygiene materials are at the clients' expense. It is assumed a visit lasts less than one hour. Please contact us if you wish longer visits and personal quotes. As part of an annual temporary maintenance, we offer one-off visits in case of exceptional events such as sudden weather conditions (strong storms, floods) or technical failures (power cut, etc…). In the case of exceptional visits, a report is immediately sent to the customer by email. If necessary, photos are taken and sent with the email. Organising and managing your holiday home We manage a network of tradesmen and local companies covering many fields : building/renovation, plumbing/heating, electricity, swimming-pools, carpenting/joinery/roofing, tiling, painting, tree-surgery, landscape gardening, construction, groundworks, drainage, etc... We use professionals whom we have trusted for many years. We can deal with the legal and administrative aspects depending on the work to be done (in conformity with regulations imposed by local authorities) We contact the tradesman or the company, We ensure that he or they have the capacities to acheive the work We obtain the quote and send it to the customer as quickly as possible. We make sure that the work starts within the agreed deadlines We present the customer with a regular work update after onsite visits and send our photos and comments via emails. |

Guest arrivals : A theoritical arrival time is agreed between you and your guests, whose details (mobile phone numbers) must be forwarded to us in case they need to be contacted or guided. By default, PERIDOM welcome guests at the time agreed. In case of a delayed arrival, guests must let us know an approximate time of arrival and contact us again to confirm when 20 km or half an hour from arriving.
DEPARTURES : An estimated time for departure is previously agreed. We deal with keys, inspection of locks and house inventory We collect guests comments (in guest book povided by the customer) Photos and comments are sent by PERIDOM to the customer on the day via Internet. The owner is to manage guest deposits, which he will judge whether to return or not, based on our observations.
Logistics of departures : (housework fees apply) House maintenance (hoovering, window cleaning, cleaning of sanitaries, showers, kitchen area, changing bedding etc...) Garden maintenance Complying with the owner's requirements for guest departures and/or ensuring the change-over with the next guests on the same day.

We can propose our services directly to your guests :
GPS We can supply your guests with a multilingual GPS (car kit included) with pre-programmed gite address for « returning home safely » after sightseeing and including up-to-date and relevant tourist destinations (according to information provided by the local tourist office)
Child care Caring for children, over or under three years of age, at home. Bathing and dressing, preparing and organising meals, etc… Baby sitting.
We can offer any other services your guests could hope for during their stays, such as : Airport transfer Escorting to a tourist site Preparing meals at the gite Laying, clearing tables, washing up, housework Delivering shopping Organising private tuition at the gite like yoga, introduction to guitar and blues music, French cooking, etc (subject to availability) IT and internet assistance Administrative assistance Visiting and taking care of a pet in their abscence for a day or taking it to the vet etc...
Quotes will be established directly for your guests, on their demand and settled by themselves. The same conditions for the gite owner apply equally to the guests (fixed fees / price reductions for repeated orders) Each order is given particular attention and adapted to the customer's situation.
The owner renting his property can therefore offer his tenants a whole range of services.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITIES
We the undersigned declare that any liability our companies may have, is covered by an insurance called "Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle" taken out with ALLIANZ in Brantôme - Agency Thierry MAGNE - Contract RC Number 42869548. Our companies is legally registered in France, fully complying with all social charges and tax regulations, and do not employ illegal workers.
