Purchasing--If you incur expenses on behalf of Wilson's PTO, please do not pay tax! We are a 501(c)3 and the forms can be found at school in the Treasurer's slot. Simply take one and show the vendor when you shop. Keep the receipt and fill out a reimbursement form (found in my box). Attach the receipt and put it back in my box. I will try to clear it once a week. Budget--The budget will be approved at the September 10th Executive Board mtg. At that time, I will put a copy in everyone's slot so that you are aware of your budget if you have one. In the mean time, if you have questions about your budget, please email me at jenny@jennykrummel.com Safe--If you put any money in the safe for the PTO, please put it in an envelope and mark it for its purpose. If you are putting money in for three different purposes, make sure it ties. For example, total of $100--$50 for PTO memberships, $20 for spirit items and $30 for school supplies. Sam's Card--Lastly, we do have a Sam's card. If you would like to shop at Sam's on behalf of Wilson and do not have a card, please email me and I will get it to you.
