Wash your hands!  Wash your Hands!  Wash your hands!

This will be the mantra for all students and staff this school year. We know it is always important but this can be the difference in keeping H1N1 from spreading.
We will be talking about hand washing in all classrooms and your reinforcement at home will be a great help. Practice with your children & make good hand washing a habit for them.

1. Always wash your hands whenever you cough or sneeze into your hands,
before & after using the bathroom, before eating, and whenever they look or feel dirty.
2. Turn on the faucet & wet both hands well and put soap on both hands.
3. Scrub all surfaces of your hands - front, back & between fingers - while singing Happy Birthday twice or the ABC's....at least 20 seconds.
4. Rinse hands under running water.
5. Use a paper towel to dry hands well and turn off the faucet with the paper towel.
