Peaceful Valley Community Association site!
Our association was formed in January 1997, as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, to manage the economic duties of our Planned Unit Development (PUD). These duties include maintenance of common space and open areas (per the CC&Rs) and the maintenance, upkeep and repair of all storm water facilities and related swales, drainage easements and other portions not in the public right of way. These "economic duties" create the need to collect annual dues from the membership, which the officers of the association manage.
Your PVCA board will use this site to inform our members of activities, issues and other vital matters that impact us all. Participate with us to help make our "peaceful valley" the best place to live, work and play!
