Registration There is no Registration in Mumbai. Registration will be arranged on 28-09-09 from 17:00 to 19:00 in Taj Hotels, Le Seasons and Viswa Yuva Kendra in Delhi where most of the outstation delegates are provided with accommodation. Kit will contain a nontransferrable invitation card which is required to enter Vigyan Bhavan for the inaugural Function. For all delegates, letter with a scanned signature will be sent as attached file. In case if you don’t register on 28-09-09, the printout of the letter will help you to enter Vigyan Bhavan if you reach there by 08:30. After the inauguration, Registration can be done from 11:30 to 12:30 at the venue
Accommodation:
- The accommodation will be on a twin sharing basis. The Rooms are available for delegates at a pre-negotiated tariff of Rs. 8000/- per room per night for Taj Hotels and Rs.2200/- per room per night at Le Seasons and Viswa Yuva Kendra. Delegates were allotted accommodation in Hotel Taj Palace or Hotel Taj Mansingh or Le Seasons or Viswa Yuva Kendra as per requests received. Non-BARC delegates have to make the payments to the Hotels if they have not sent the required amount to IFA, BARC.
Local Transport at the Venue:
- Pick-up from airport to the Hotels on 28-09-2009 by Volvo buses is arranged. Volvo bus services from the airport will be available on 28-09-09 ONLY at 12:30 , 15:30 , 19:30 , 20:30 , 21:30 , and 22:30 hours. These timings correspond to certain Indian airline flights originating from Mumbai. Delay in arrival of these flights will be taken care of by adjusting these timings.
- Bus service from Railway station to Hotels for delegates arriving by Rajdhani and August Kranti Express from Mumbai on 28-09-2009 ONLY is arranged.
- Similarly travel arrangements from Hotel to Airport and Railway Stations on 02-10-2009 are made by the organizers.
