Wars seem to be fought over the maintenance or failure to maintain friendly relations around energy resource cooperation. This traditionally implies that the maintenance of free markets fairly regulated and transparent are an essential goal in the allocation of global resources. Yet there is an entire energy paradigm that seems to be kept from public awareness and may be slowly emerging from "Above Top Secret" militarized world out into our world. We are adding this page on energy because our research surprisingly finds strong cause-and-effect connections between emerging scientific theory in subquantum kinetics, consciousness studies, spirituality, religion, war, politics, healing, exopolitics, all taken together, with our mission here at Peace and Conflict Resolution.Org. If you want to know about alternative energy you really do have to read books by Dr. Paul A. LaViolette, PhD-physics, "Genesis of the Cosmos" and "Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion".  

To make a long story short, there are two worlds, the public world which we are taught in school, and the militarized black-ops world (http://www.projectcamelot.org/ralph_ring.html) , which deals with working reality, regardless of what institutional-science insists in teaching our children. In fact LaViolette's sub-quantum kinetics answers many dilemmas in physics better than the Newtonian-Mechanistic model or the Einstein-Relativistic model. 

There is an important "Disclosure" process going on around the world. Many in the top secret and above top secret world (about 0.5% of our population here in the US) believe this vital alternative energy physics must be made public for the benefit of humankind and not kept secret in militarized worlds. We have all been kept in a state of ignorance, with a lie that is different at every level. Even you, at your high level, have no idea.

 We have been taught two false assumptions over the past 300 years:

  1. Everything is separate from everything else, that what happens in one place has no effect on what happens anywhere else, and if it looks like it does, it's only a coincidence;
  2. Our inner experience of thought, feeling, experience, and belief, has no effect on the world beyond our bodies.

These two false assumptions have disconnected us from true reality. The true reality is that human emotions, the magnetic fields created by the human heart, during certain kinds of emotion, extend beyond our bodies. When a certain number of people come together: 1% of the square root of any given population, say about 8000 people for a world population of 7-billion, and we choose at a moment of time to create a precise emotion in their hearts, these emotions can influence the very fields that sustain life, the immune response in humans, climate, weather patterns, cycles of war and peace, our abilities to solve problems, our cognitive abilities. All of these as different as they sound, are all linked to the magnetic fields of the earth. Every human on the planet is linked to the field. Not every human has to be consciously aware of their relationship to benefit from what a relatively few people (1% of the square root of the population) have come to understand. The bottom line is this, when we choose to create feelings we call "coherence" in our bodies. ... coherence is the quality of the language between our heart and our brain, feelings of appreciation, gratitude, forgiveness, care, compassion. Those are the ancient traditions sages have always taught in the past and now our own science is finding true, those same traditions have now documented those very real effects in our hearts. When we can feel those feelings in our bodies, they are mirrored in the magnetic fields and everyone benefits from the experience of relatively few.

The video does not state that it will stop dumb-bullets. All the inbound kinetic weapons appear to include some sort of trigger device which would include electronic circuitry. Trophy would seem to set up a strong magnetic spherical protective shield that gives a false target-contact signal to the weapon's triggering mechanism, which in turn detonates the device prematurely, rendering the incoming weapon's armor piercing kinetics useless. 

But even still, the statement that the device REDUCES PLATFORM WEIGHT is quite profound and would seem to represent the first time a defense contractor promotes such a anti-gravity marketing disclosure in the general public. It would appear, after reading Dr. LaViolette, that Trophy works off of a high energy microwave generator which a tank is large enough to mount and carry. 

The spherical beam could be referred to as simply a sensing probe. It's radius is far greater than shown in order to pick up incoming kinetic warheads. The killing beam radius on the other hand  is probably of critical importance, with the distance chosen as a trade-off among several priorities with a controlling aspect being that Trophy's defensive killing radius is an exact harmonic multiple of the high powered microwave probe beam (time-reversed beam). The return probe beam is formed into a phase-conjugate mircrowave beam off the reflected probe. The defensive killing beam is amplified instantly to a high powered beam which strikes an immediate cord of resonance (a solition beam in an altered state often referred to as "coherence") which has some awesome effects ranging from anti-gravity, to force amplifier ... like blowing a tone with your lips on an empty jug causing a surprisingly strong vibration that seems to generate more power than you blow into the jug, but at 10¹ºººth power level stronger. 

BRIEF SIDE NOTE ON TERMINOLOGY: "Coherence" is also a term used often in spirituality discussions of consciousness and in relation to photosynthesis and quantum physics. Dr. Bruce Fleming at the University of California, Berkeley and his team in 2007 first discovered a 660 femtosecond period when a photon of energy enters a plant for metabolism, a wave like motion resonates in a state Fleming's team calls "coherence" where there is no loss of energy whatsoever and the wave patterns are transferring information to the photon from the plant as to where it should not send its photon of energy as well as where it should send its photon of energy. It searches every possible route (without loss of energy during this "660 femtosecond moment of coherence) to search, determine, and use the most efficient path for the photon of energy to transmit through a process Fleming refers to as quantum-mechanical, pumped onward in a rhythmic resonance (coherence) of the power of the vibrating atom without loss or expenditure of measurable energy. This is a profound discovery with huge implications for science and energy development. Any state of work with no loss of energy is considered a "unitary" state of perfection. Some of Dr. LaViolette's research on the other hand discusses "over-unity" production, or more energy coming out than energy going in, in other words, a perpetual energy source. In spirituality, to briefly continue, the term "coherence" refers to the quality of language between the heart and the brain, feelings of appreciation, love, and compassion. Scientific evidence is coming through in the study of earth magnetic fields indicating that these states of coherence in consciousness have the ability to resonate and change the world to mirror back altered human activity on a global scale.   

Alternative Energy's Lafforgue Thruster

"Lafforgue's approach*, which presumably was arrived at through experience gained from experimental observation, is accord with the theoretical approach of subquantum kinetics, which views the electric-field potential as being seated in the ether and able to act on a capacitor independent of the capacitor's reference frame and thereby cause it to be displaced. Subquantum kinetics, though, goes into much greater detail to explain how the electrostatic potential field is generated and how it exerts its force on a charge without any countering reaction force"

"a 50-kilogram thruster measure 38.5 centimeters high, 8.3 centimeters wide, and 33 centimeters long, using a 4,000-K dielectric and charged to 100 kilovolts, is computed to develop a phenomenally high thrust of 0.68 ton. ...Thirty of these thrusters would be capable of lifting a 20-ton vehicle. Forward movement could be obtained simply by vectoring the direction of one of the thrusters." (Pg 377 ff, Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion, by LaViolette). 

* Note, the above link attempts to explain Lafforgue Field Propulsion Thruster solely through electrostatic forces and avoids an analysis of subquantum physics. I include it because it reflects science's resistance to subquantum kinetics (SK). SK reintroduces ancient physics into a new modern day replacement science paradigm of scientific thought. The energy which emits from the sub-quantum ether is referred to as genic energy. Since genic energy can not be directly measured, mainstream science will not entertain its theories. Black-Ops military scientists have no such reservations as they tend to go with what works regardless. The Lafforgue Field Propulsion Thruster works in a complete vacuum..."which views (under subquantum kinetics) the electric-field potential as being seated in the ether and able to act on a capacitor independent of the capacitor's reference frame and thereby cause it to be displaced."

The B-2 is not flying under just these gravity gradient forces and the passengers   do indeed feel directional changes and G-Forces (although it is arguable that G-Forces in some flying states are modified from ambient gravity fields). The B-2 wings provide lift, the GE engines provide both normal jet thrust and ion flame thrusting power augmentation (gravity field gradient propulsion). The B-2 "probably" has the capability, once it's moving at some fast threshold airspeed  to conserve power and enter its gravity gradient differential propulsion separate from normal jet thrust which could then be powered back to conserve aviation fuel. The B-2 may have the capability to exit earth atmosphere under its own propulsion, even as it would appear to be designed for earth missions. The key point however is the passengers feel G-forces during powered flight. In order for a craft to protect its passengers at all times from G-forces, the craft would have to be powered at all times fully by gravity gradient forces that encompassed the craft (and thus the passengers) for lift and vectoring.  

There is one rumored flight condition in a reported craft used against Al Qaeda  that "might" place the passengers in a zero-G condition depending on the engine type used. A large craft has been reported as not appearing to be a helicopter and hovering then firing at ground targets with beam weapons. This is either misinformation or let's assume for discussion sake it's true. If the craft is hovering through a field gradient, the passengers and craft would both be experiencing an uncomfortable zero-G condition during a hovering manuver, which pilots do not enjoy. Pilots prefer to feel a G-force of at least 1-G or more because anything less than 1-G is somewhat distracting when using your weapon systems. It just feels unnatural as a result of several million years of human preconditioning. 99 to 1 odds that even if the craft were designed for an outside loop at high-negative-G maneuvering, the pilot ordered to shoot a target, would roll his craft over from a negative-G attitude to first experience positive G's as nature intended while chasing his target, before pulling the trigger. Old habits die hard; Zero-G is fine for the aircraft, it's the pilot who gains a sense of security when he feels normal G-force weight.

On the other hand, if the craft where able to hover and vector around at slow speeds on microwave solition beams (similar to the description of Trophy above, except the force is focused downward), the craft is supported and vectored on the beams and the passengers should then feel G-forces, or at least 1-G in a hover-weapons firing position. 

According to George Lobuono, "Alien Mind - The Thought and Behavior of Extraterrestrials," QC Press, Copywrite 2010, faster than light space ships ride gravitic waves (described quite similarly to Dr. LaViolette's theories with additional atomic specificities by Lobuono, "they sustain artificial, onboard gravity and don't float up off the floor." (Lobuono Pg 30) Lobuono describes his and others conversations with aliens and constructs a universal physics for faster than light speed travel and communication which is all about looking at boundary conditions differently. Light speed is not an absolute boundary but rather a transitional phase. Most black-ops scientists know this according to Lobuono. Einstein's mistake, writes Lobuono, was assuming there is only one type of gravity. Bottom line: faster than light speed travel is possible by multiples of many millions of times faster than light speed. At intervals, alien body and space ship mass becomes zero, their bodies phase out of one dimension and into (are you ready for Star Trek) hyperspace. Hyperspace, which everyone 40 and younger intuitively understands, is a negative energy gravitic wave surrounded by a time warp of faster time. Lobuono explains that in alien nurtured universal cosmological ecology, the irresponsible use of negative energy has consequences in that the surrounding time frames are permanently altered and accelerated. In short some civilizations in other galaxies had to migrate off world to escape the rapidly collapsing systems which the aliens understood had been accelerated through overuse and recreational negative energy creation. Aliens are taught to think of space-time as a non-local elastic through which great distances are spanned instantaneously. Neat! "Make it so, Number-1."

Perhaps we will learn more as additional scientists simply elect to breach their oaths of secrecy in this changing world and step forward in the greater interest of humankind, at great personal costs to themselves in a self-sacrificing act of heroic compassion for the welfare of humankind. I recall Dr. Edward Teller
finally saying, "Secrets could no longer be kept. The nation has secrets within secrets, within secrets. The world would be better off without them." Dr. Teller, of course, was referring to secrets between governments.  I of course translate the jest of his comment naively as an endorsement for full disclosure, even while my country seems to currently be pressing in just the opposite direction over the governed, where arrogance reigns supreme and we seem to be risking the loss of our Republic. Yet some star light is visible through the fog. Tea anyone?

Summary of Alternative Power

LaViolette explains in simple layman language multiple alternative energy devices which show great promise and all of which are ignored by science and industry in our civilian markets (arguably through economic intimidation and incentive, i.e. the fabled military-industrial complex syndrome). Scientific arrogance and its ruthless demands to work within the box of acceptable thinking or be ostracized by the peer group together further enforces the mindset which has militarized these technologies. 

Current events such as the BP Gulf Oil Spill, an historic oil spill which appears to be leading to broadened environmental awareness by bridging across gaps of perceived arrogance between age groups and political factions which normally can not listen to each other. The spill is also reported to have some world changing attitudes by creating a healthy debate within the black-ops community where some factions believe full disclosure is essential in the interests of humankind to begin our shift away from such heavy dependence on fossil fuels. Some of those scientists are finding the great personal courage to come forward and go public on these subjects. The idea being to develop better replacement technologies in our industrialized society and not to become cave dwellers in a pre-industrial existence. Think positive because it seems to really matter.

Physicists tell us one way to describe zero point energy is to envision a volume of the pure vacuum of space with all the molecules pumped out, leaving it empty. The unseen energy, unmeasured in this empty volume of space is logically something on the order of magnitude of atomic levels. Hal Pothuff of Standford Research describes their work in tapping the zero point energy: 


Quantum Coherence - A portal entry state into Zero Point Energy?

It was September of 2010 I first remember reading the term "monatomic." 

"Monoatomic elements are nothing more than elements which are chemically isolated, i.e. instead of 60 atoms of Carbon are 34 atoms of Silicon being bound together in something called a Buckministerfullerene or a knobbier version of the same.  The significance lies in the fact that when a single element metal progresses from a normal metallic state to a monoatomic state, it passes through a series of chemically different states." Read Cautions about its uses here. 

One reported state of monatomic or diatomic (di = two) state I think is worth considerable additional lab testing to penetrate beyond our national cultural phobia's surrounding actual spiritual awakenings main stream religions seem to harbor. In one of the reported reduction processes when the purified white powdered gold is heated there is a point at which the substance under laboratory controlled, isolated, and sealed containment, reduces in mass down to 56% of its original mass. Apparently this happens quickly when the proper state of purity and temperature is reached and maintained. As you leave the temperature range and drop back down in temperature, the material's mass returns totally. "It was discovered that, at a certain temperature, the white bead would fall apart to become a monatomic (single atom) powder - at which point its weight fell dramatically to 56% of its starting weight. Further heating at 1160° centigrade then transformed the precious substance into a wonderfully clear glass, at which point the material weight returned to its original 100%." (David Hudson. re-discoverer).

Hal Puthoff (reference above) is reported as discussing this phenomenon with re-discoverer, David Hudson, 

" So I (David Hudson) decided that I've got to go down and see Hal Puthoff. I've got to take all my data and go down and see Hal Puthoff. I said, 'Hal, we have the experimental confirmation that, in fact, your mathematics are absolutely correct. In addition Sakarov's theory of gravity is absolutely correct. Because this material only weights 56% when it goes to the superconducting state.'  And Hal Putoff says, 'Dave, you do realize that gravity is what determines space/time.'  And he said, 'Dave, when this material only weighs 56% of its true mass you do realize that this material is actually bending space/time.'  Now if you think about this it seems correct. He said, 'Dave, what we really need is a martial that totally bends space time ... a material that has no gravitational attraction at all .... less than zero.'  It's what he (Hal Puthoff) called exotic matter in his papers. I said 'Hal, do you realize that if you heat this material it has no gravitational attraction at all?" (David Hudson)

The point of this line of discussion is that it seems plausible to conduct experiments both earth based and space based wherein crude communication technologies, perhaps militarized to resist temperatures we think may be required, could simply place militarized communication (com) devices inside the test vehicles (controlled containment devices), the com-devices place into and next to the zero-gravitational attraction state, and measure to see if communications between test chamber to test chamber are instantaneous, i.e. exceed the speed of light. This sounds within our technical ability even if we limited the testing to earth based tests. 

So Peace and Conflict Resolution.Org respectfully suggests a UC-Berkeley Lab give it a try or assemble PhD candidate team to investigate and find a sponsoring professor to supervise the experiments. Set one controlled containment device in a lab in Berkeley and another back on the East Coast and maybe one down in Arizona and let them have a go at it. Bring in the White Powdered Gold, heat it to transform in the test vehicles to the so-called zero gravitational attraction state and test the speed of communication among the three labs. We could use a good Star Trek-like subspace (Zero Point Energy Field) com device. Make it so, Number One! 

Additionally, it is worth noting that at this crude frontier level of exploration, another related direction of investigation, if the theories above are correct (which main stream science in the US has not yet validated. They may determine its all unsupported by extension real testing  after actually doing the research instead of ignoring this rather engrossing field altogether) that it would appear a state of 'quantum coherence' is being created and maintained as long as the temperature of the materials being tested are maintained. Quantum coherence states are of particular interest because there are proven examples by Dr. Bruce Fleming, PhD, University of California research team discover a 600 phemto-second  period in the photosynthesis process of plant life growth where there is no loss of energy as a photon traces all possible routes to send itself to the plant where it its most needed and efficiently bypass dead areas where it is not needed. Anytime we can create an induced state of so called 'quantum coherence' by merely holding a match to the test lab, and create a state where work can be done without further loss of energy, it would seem to me this is a logical direction of research to perhaps find new forms of energy producing devices, the very thing Dr. Hal Puthoff is researching above. Maybe what makes the rumored Stargate technologies work is simply a circular ring of monatomic gold heated to the zero-gravity-attraction state thus forming a space/time warp portal. Maybe it's just that simple. Here's some test ideas:


The schematic on the right suggests forming a simple ceramic encasing ring to the pure high quality monoatomic gold powder ring. Devise a method of heating the ring and maintaining the required 1160 degrees Fahrenheit during the primary tests. See schematic for some of the details.
