The file MonthlyUpdate.java has been written to update the database once a month.  This looks at all proteins, and determines if the protein has no domain assignments in the database.  Should this be the case, each algorithm is run to update the database.

This has been set as a root cronjob on the server cumin.rcsb.org

A jar file has been created containing this class - constructed from the jardesc file MonthlyUpdate.jardesc, and manifest MonthlyUpdateManifest
