Important Information Regarding 09/10 Soccer and Volleyball players Students entering grades 6th-8th are permitted to play JH co-ed soccer. Girls entering grades 7th-8th are permitted to play JH volleyball. Girls entering 9th-12th grade are permitted to play JV/Varsity Volleyball and boys entering 9th-12th grade are permitted to play JV/Varsity Soccer. At PCS you must submit the following forms and activity fee prior to being eligible to participate in practice or games. There are no exceptions. Questions - please email pcsschooloffice@zoominternet.net Activity Fee *Note a change in activity fee beginning in 09/10 school year $125 JV/Varsity (1st sport) $100 Junior High (1st sport) Signed Physical Form (physical are valid for year from the date of the exam) Athletic Contract (read, understood, and signed by the athletes and parents) ICE Form (insurance, concent to play form, and emergency information). Arrival Times: Parents please call the school office at 724 368 8787 ext. 33 for arrival times of the bus at all away games. The bus drivers will call in to the school office approx. one hour prior to arrival at PCS. If they are able to return to the school at the same time indicated on the schedule, they will not call. |
