Here at the Mothers Skills Training Center (MSTC), we Liberian refugee women get the  gift of hope and the opportunity of a new life. The Population Caring Organization (PCO, a legally registered and accredited NGO) started this project to support us single mothers of the Buduburam Refugee Camp, Ghana, by teaching us sewing skills and providing us with a basic school education.
We produce and sell our own goods- bags, hats and clothes- made of traditional African fabric for a fair price. Therefore these vocational skills give us hope of an income to provide us free education and to support ourselves and our children.
We especially appreciate support from the youth community, such as youth groups, school clubs and church youth.  By helping us sell our products, not only do  you receive a small cut in profits, your community also has the opportunity to learn about the importance of trading fair and connect to people around the world.

On this website you can view and order  our products and find more information about the MSTC project.
