Step 4: Action Plan

The following activities will help students develop an effective Action Plan, which will:
  • identify stakeholders who have an interest in the policy change
  • use a wide variety of traditional and 21st -century means of communication
  • build from first steps to last resorts along a continuum of actions
  • include a clear written summary of the group's plan for gaining support
