- If computer manufacture’s installation disks provided by customer (2 hrs max.): $129*
- Without Installation disks-valid Windows License must be on the pc (3 hrs max.): $149*
- Additional program(s) installed (disks provided by customer): $15 (1/4 hr. min.)
- Back-up of personal data and loaded to USB thumb drive or CD: $15 (1/4 hr. min.)
- PCC
will also install software so that future repairs or questions can be
resolved by remoting into the customer's pc (no travel time!). If a
customer has a question, they have the cell ph # of one of our tech's
and the tech can see what is on the customer's screen & fix the
problem remotely. In most cases this is done at no additional charge.

be responsible for loss of data or incidental damages. Trained
personnel will follow industry standard practices, and shale act in
good-faith, to attempt to achieve optimal results. Customer must provide proof of valid Windows license, usually a sticker with a legible code which matches the operating system installed--PCC cannot be liable for licensing issues and will not install illegal software.
